• Warm transfer: after you introduce the caller to a colleague, tap Leave to step out. The other two keep talking — before, hanging up ended the call for everyone. • Your lines now show the names you gave them, on the home screen, call history and messages, instead of a bare number. Team members see them too. • Start a text to any number without waiting for them to write first. • In-call transfer and extensions now work no matter how a call reached you, and the keypad confirms the tones it sends. • Notifications are grouped by what you can act on, with the next step on each row. • The home screen no longer shows trial minutes once they are used up. • Smoother scrolling in long lists, and the prompts on launch no longer stack on top of each other.
