Good app and works well. My big suggestion is that the notification ringtone needs a volume/silence option as it currently rings on full volume no matter the devices setting.
Needs improvement.
The two issues we have are:
1. When a call is answered the quality of the call is poor due to a pulsing where it disappears every 2-seconds.
2. It is a nightmare to switch off when not needed. You follow the instruction and it still rings.

Not working
Only working on Wi-Fi not on cellular data.
Light years ahead
I have been using the app and VoIP system for the last 18 months supplied by DoT Comms and we have never been happier. Honestly, I don’t really write reviews (I know I know) but this needed one as we have seen the App come on leaps and bounds this year. Fantastic customer service and the App just keeps getting better with new features and end user functionality.

A softphone from Holler Voice that works
If you've experience of softphones on smartphones you'll know they can be a bit hit and miss either with audio quality or notifications of incoming calls etc. CallSwitch Communicator 6 is the first 5-star softphone that I've had to use. Supplied and supported by Holler Technology it's a feature-rich application that meets the needs of our business for flexible working, conferencing and collaboration. And it works perfectly on iOS. New Dashboard look is great and the ability to change outbound CLI per call is hugely useful.

Recording my calls
Why is this app recording my calls? How do I disable that and where are the recordings stored and accessed and by who? This does not seem right nor even legal.
Brilliant App
Was asked to write this review but can honestly say I would’ve written it anyway. CallSwitch Communicator 6 has made my business life much easier by giving me access to all of my business phone features on my mobile. I can work from anywhere and seamlessly and collaborate with my colleagues as if we were in the same building, despite being all over the country (and sometimes world). Being able to see the status of a colleague and deciding whether to call them, leave a voicemail, email them or chat with them is what unified comms should be all about. It’s stable and reliable and that’s not what I’ve experienced from other platforms in the past. Big shout out to Holler Technology for supplying and supporting us too.

True Mobility.
I’ve Been using this App for 4 months now and am really impressed. Holler Technology use this app as part of their UCaaS solution and when it comes to flexible working and being able to be work from anywhere it couldn’t be easier or more transparent. I now have on my mobile my office number, status of my co-workers, chat, meetings and even SMS. And not only does the app provide almost all the features of a deskphone but it also gives me voice recording and conferencing.

Works brilliantly with Holler Voice…
We use this app with our Holler Voice solution from Holler Technology Ltd. Straightforward to install (you just need your email address and password from your Holler Voice Welcome email) and very little to configure. It just works. It gives our business all of the UCaaS features we need when working remotely. Visual voicemail works really well as does the conferencing features and tight iPhone integration.

Good but needs improvement
Does the job but is flawed and can do with improvements.
-Swipe to answer occasionally answers and declines at the same time (a number of colleagues have mentioned this).
-No missed call notifications.
-Occasionally length of call is not recorded.
-The time call was made is not displayed.
Hopefully these can be rectified in a future update.
