Paid for subscription. Made a test call that was recorded. Call was not downloaded from Callsy server over a 6 day period. No transcription of the voice call provided. Asked for a refund and deleted the App.

Not working!
After recording a call, there is no record of the recording. It simply keeps saying "your recording will be shown here as soon as it's processed by the server". Unfortunately this never happens. Support tickets do not get answered. I want my recordings to be available or my money back. The one star should be a zero.
