A fresh new look, holds and bookings, a Calendar, invoice tracking, and much more reliable syncing. NEW • Holds and bookings: record the dates a production is holding you, mark them booked when they confirm, and enter times when the call sheet comes. Change or release several dates at once. • Calendar tab: see every job's work at a glance. Worked days are solid teal, bookings have a teal ring, and holds an orange ring. Tap a date to see or add that day, or start a new job right from the calendar. • This Week: the Jobs screen shows your days and hours this week, your holds and bookings, plus unpaid days and overdue invoices. • Invoices in Reports: see what's awaiting payment and what's overdue, and every invoice from every job in one list. • Overdue reminders: get a notification when a sent invoice is a week past due. Turn it off in Settings. • Estimated earnings by month and by job. These are estimates from your times and rates, not payroll or tax figures. • NDB and Meal Penalty switches on each work day, included when you text your hours. • New teal and orange look and app icon, matching Timesheet Daily and CrewBuild, with a richer dark mode. SYNC AND SAFETY • Changes made on different devices are combined instead of overwriting each other. Mark a day paid on your phone and fix its times on your Mac, and both are kept. • An iCloud button on the Jobs screen shows sync status. If two devices changed the same thing, you choose which to keep. • Automatic daily backups on your device for the last 30 days, with one-tap restore. • Recently Deleted Jobs: restore a deleted job for 30 days. • For the best syncing, update CallTimes on all your devices. IMPROVEMENTS • Quick lunch entry: 6 hours after call, and ½ hour or 1 hour lunches. • Lunch breaks deduct exactly the time you enter. • Shared hours show the day and full date, with totals in your time format. • Invoices show their due date; invoice numbers stay unique across jobs. • Rates like "700/10 hrs" or "$55/hr" are understood, and a mistyped rate shows a warning. • Simpler Reports and Settings screens, and many reliability fixes.
