Beautiful app
This app is full of beautiful images. I especially love the meditations with the nature sounds in the background and the dream flights. The kids stories occasionally even help my 3 year old sleep.
Best Meditation App
Between my rambunctious children and a time consuming and demanding job, I hardly ever get the ability to breath, let alone relax or sleep well. I didn’t know it, but this app is the answer to questions I didn’t know how to ask.
