Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for an app with a user friendly interface without sacrificing any versatility and functionality. I have difficulty sleeping on occasion due to a high stress occupation and I found that I fell asleep and stayed asleep more frequently since using. I highly highly recommend

I haven’t listened to all the choices yet, but I did like the the fan and the low winches are my favorite so far.
