About

Type what you ate. That's the whole app. "two eggs on toast and a flat white" — and it's logged, with the calories, protein, fibre and fat worked out for you. No hunting through a barcode database for the yoghurt you're holding. No picking a serving size from a menu. You write it the way you'd say it. WHAT IT DOES • Logs a meal from a plain sentence, in a second or two • Tracks calories, protein, fibre and fat against targets you set • Answers questions about your day — "what have I had", "remove the toast", "set my target to 2200" • Remembers the meals you eat often, so your usual breakfast is one line • Keeps a day-by-day history you can scroll back through WHY FIBRE INSTEAD OF CARBS Most trackers show carbohydrates. On their own they tell you very little. Fibre tells you something you can act on, so that is the third number. HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBERS Every figure is an estimate produced from your description, not a measurement. The more specific you are, the closer it gets. It is not medical or nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to someone qualified about your diet. YOUR DATA No ads, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. Your log is yours, and Settings → Delete my account erases every row of it immediately.
