Awesome!!!

The developers of this program are so responsive. I asked for certain modifications to help the program work for me. The features were added right away and the developer reached out to me to walk me through the changes. This program syncs perfectly with the apple calendar. All you have to do is set an alert for your event within your calendar and CalSyncAlert sets an alarm that does not turn off until you manually turn it off. I will no longer miss important events! Thank you so much!

Response from developer

Thank you so much — this genuinely made my day. Being able to add the changes you needed and walk you through them is exactly why I built CalSyncAlert. So glad it's helping you never miss an event, and I'm always around if anything else comes up. 🙏

Has some core problems

Doesn’t do or have an option to do full screen alerts for before the event only the start time. Mine doesn’t output sound, so overall not helpful for my needs

Response from developer

Following up on our earlier reply — version 1.8 is now live on the App Store. It lets you set a custom advance notification time for each event, so you can get a full-screen alert before an event begins, not just at the start time. This directly addresses the pre-event alert issue you raised. If the sound still doesn't play after updating, it's usually a system setting — please check that the Ring/Silent switch isn't set to Silent, Focus/Do Not Disturb is off, and Settings > Notifications > CalSyncAlert > Sounds is enabled. If it still happens, please reach out via the support link in the app and we'll investigate. We'd really appreciate it if you'd give 1.8 a try. Thanks again for helping us improve CalSyncAlert.
