Not usable because it keeps crashing.
Does work under cellular data
Unable to determine location using cellular data and using iOS 13. App not constantly updated at all UI looks dated much can be improve and please look for a much creative developer. It is a very useful app if done right which save drivers a lot of time instead of queing at the counter
