I invested and gave this a try. Started with just $500 min. Requested a cashout a year later and it has been 3 months and still no check in the mail. Support states we are in queue and have to wait until they run monthly audits to make sure they are cash equity for investors to be cashouted safely.
Good app and platform just do not like the long cashout process if i am even going to see the cashout at all.

Great app and even greater investment!
The app is a great way to access my Real Estate investments on CalTier. As a regular user, I must admit the platform has performed considerably better than expected.
Constant updates from the company and regular growth with steady revenue! Very happy with both the app and the investment product! Sounds very interesting would love to get into it, but the app will not let me register
Closed to new investors?
For about 4 months, I keep getting an error when I try to link my bank. I have tried reaching out to support about 5 times but all I am told is that “it should work”. Obviously is hasn’t been connecting.
