Only Caltrain app I use

When Caltrain deprecated their app I transitioned over to this app exclusively and it is great. I especially like the discord integration as well as as the schedule quick Finder.

Weekly commute

I use this in my weekly / weekend commute. Works great for knowing when there is train delays and where they are. There was a few days where trains weren’t updating but so were all other apps so it appeared was something that had been shut down from where data comes from. If I rely on Google Maps it’s a 50/50 if I miss the train and am not early.

Useless

This rickety app rarely works in terms of giving actual useful information

Great App but Slow and Crashes

Love the data that this app provides and the UI is great. However, the app has always been painfully slow to open. I see that there’s a status bar as the app initializes but it still takes way too long. Also, the app has started to freeze and crash when switching through the UI. Not sure if it’s related to iOS 26 and Liquid Glass, but I’ve noticed it since updating iOS.

If these two issues can be fixed, this app is a no brainer for anyone that rides Caltrain

Essential Caltrain tool for the regular rider

This is the app Caltrain should have. It gives you a handy view of service alerts, live updates, stop reminders, monthly ticket reminders, and the author is constantly iterating on it and adding features. Love the tool!
