Cal co needs update its usage. Limited information not helpful most times. Simple “Road Closed” doesn’t provide information to formulate alternative routes. Accuracy is lacking , Some alerts are left active for days. App itself has glitches and locks up frequently. In visiting pages within department warnings are received for suspected hacking and unsecured sites.

Thank you for your review. There are a few factors that could be the source of the issue. If you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and are still experiencing issues, please feel free to submit developer feedback within the app settings.
Doesn’t really work
The app crashes every single time I try to open a notification. This has been going on for months. Then I try to reopen it and it continues to crash/close. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still happens. They’re only 50/50 as to if they notify us about traffic issues. Example: one morning they notified us about an accident in AA County that backed traffic up into Dunkirk, but the same thing happened a few days ago and no notification was sent. App needs troubleshooting and notifications need to be consistent.

Serious app refresh needed
App freezes and upon clicking a notification, the alert does not load. Open app and difficult to find latest update info for alerts. Overall app feels old outdated and cumbersome. If your paying funds to maintain such a feature, make it worthwhile and useful. I do like having it to get traffic info and avoid traffic jams. Just step your game up a bit. Not much just a bit to make the app more responsive and useful.

App repeatedly quits
App repeatedly quits when opened. Won’t open until 5 minutes after notification and many attempts at opening.
App freezes
You will receive a notification, and when opening the app, nothing happens . You have to delete and reload the app to then get it to work
Notifications show no info
Can you start putting more information in the notifications so I don’t have to open the app? When I’m driving and get a notification that just says “road closed” it’s not helpful
Glitchy
When I get a push notification and attempt to open the app, either the app crashes or there are no listed notifications.
Great Information
I love this app. It’s great getting updates on current road closures before I head off to work. I’m so glad I downloaded it and I’m grateful that this service is provided.
Push notifications
Please go back to using nixle for push notifications. Terrible development not spelling out what is actually going on without having to click the alert. Most times app crashes while doing so anyway.

So tiny words in app icons
The word under the icons is the hairline size! I hardly read what does it say, I see by looking at icon "Traffic" & "COVID-19" ... I can't read the rest of it. Make it bigger for my iPhone 6s.
Informative and limited
App is clean and easy to use, but is missing crime data and a crime map.
