Can’t even setup my account
Tried registering an account and the error message “make sure what you type in matches your Calvo’s Lifestyle Club membership information” keeps popping up, might want to fix the redundancy or be clear on how registration works before pushing out the app.
Hit or mostly miss
App is so spotty. It sometimes works, but then for the most part, it doesn’t. I input the same info over and over again and it says input files invalid. By chance if it it works again, I’m just going to take a snapshot of it and use it.

“Show Card” feature not working
I’m deleting this app since I can’t even use it to show my card in the app for lifestyle discounts. Needs to be updated.
App Freezes
Great benefits! Love lifestyles! But the app is not smooth. It’s convenient to have the app to pull up your lifestyles card, but this takes 3 minutes to load.
The other part is when the pop up ads from Hard Rock Cafe come up the app freezes and I am unable to close the Hard Rock ad. Yes, I see the “X” at the top left. It just doesn’t work. I close the app and restart, but the same problem happens.
I would appreciate if you can look into this! Thanks!

Useless
App won’t display my card nor details of any restaurant I click on.
Shell gas station says it requires a physical card to be presented in order to get points.

Disconnected
Hafa Adai! For some reason the app disconnected me, and now I am unable to log back in. Am I the only one dealing with this problem?
Disappointed
Installed the app and completed required info. Clicked SHOW CARD and it displays the card that expired in 2003! Called the insurance company and was told to fill out the info again ... no success. Disappointed that I am not able to utilize the card.
Calvo’s lifestyle is Awesome!
I love all the advantages of using this card! Either from a restaurant, or leisure, etc. even my children take full advantage of it when they go out to different places listed as places accepted.
Helpful alternative
Having the app on hand is a much more convenient option than calling/emailing to see what discounts and deals are available since it frequently changes.
Also, it’s nice not to worry about forgetting the physical card elsewhere.

Takes way too long
The app takes waaaay too long to open. Even with a reliable wifi connection
Hate the update!
First version was much better, loaded faster. Also was easier to navigate and find things. Not a fan of this version.
Error message
Now we are not given a card to use but the app keeps showing an error message and crashes. I would prefer a card if this is going to continue.

Would have given it 5 stars. Was working perfectly fine but after iOS update, the app just crashes due to an error. Please fix. Thank you
