Was close to perfect
This app was close to perfection and then they decided to shovel in ads into the software. I had used it daily now I don’t even have the camera installed because of the intrusive ads. Not worth the storage space anymore.

The app now has ads, you need to wait for an ad to load and fight with hitting the X to see your security footage, by then you’re watching what happen and not when it’s live. Also when you do purchase the add ons the cloud never works. Don’t buy this product, hopefully they ban it off Amazon and Apple.

Full of noisy video adds
I can cope with regular static adds but to be bombarded with nauseating loud video adds when opening the app is just too much. Cheap little camera works well but the app spoils it.

업데이트 후 최근들어 카메라 화면이 보일 때도 있고, 대부분 다시 시도하라고 하면서 안보입니다. 연결이 안되는거 같고 재실행 계속 하는대도 연결이 안됩니다. 앞에 광고도 X 표시를 눌렀는대도 인터넷 창 열리면서 넘어가고. 기다리다가도 클릭 안했는대도 넘어가고… 여튼 너무 짜증나서 카메라 딴걸로 바꿀까도 생각듭니다.

Don’t waste your time
I was happy with this app for the first few weeks, my issue is for the past few days my cameras keep showing offline every few hours. I did the usual troubleshooting with the only thing working is switching my WiFi off and on to reconnect, I have very good WiFi so that’s not the issue, my cameras are still recording whilst showing offline but you can’t view the live feed at all. I can make do with the adverts but the not being able to view the cameras all of a sudden is a nightmare.

Money taken from account
Money was taken from my bank account without my permission. No response to my messages. I want my money back now!

Камеры начали постоянно вылетать и не отображаются в приложении. Перезагрузить невозможно. Служба поддержки полный отстой, обратной связи НЕТ. Перехожу на другие камеры.

Awful app!
It force you to buy the cloud storage! I bought Memory card and still doesn’t save anything on it to force me buy the cloud! The app lagging all the time, and now just goes black anytime opening it!

Don’t buy the camera that uses this app. They won’t let you view your camera unless you pay for their cloud storage even when you don’t need it !!
App stopped working
buyer beware!!!! I have a bunch of useless cameras now because the app doesn’t work. Worked well for 2 years now the app opens to a black screen. DON’Ti BUY. I wish I could give it a zero rating.
Update… After writing this review the developer reached out, my app is now working. Updating my original comment as I didn’t have any issues with it prior to not being able to access the app. Thanks for fixing.
