The camera or app could do with a setting to allow you to blank or stop monitoring an area, it would be good if you could set a default home position the camera returns to.

Awful, They stopped working around last weekend. I even took the camera to a family member house to see if it was my internet blocking the camera but it was still the same there showing “Timed out” so I just bought another camera that uses a different app to this thing. Never again will I purchase a camera that uses the app cam720

I needed an option to turn off night vision as my camera is behind glass. The support team worked really hard and now we have it. Thank you so much
Sold my email address
Rubbish and sold my details because after I signed up, I started getting a ton of horrific spam emails. Thank goodness I didn’t use my personal email.

Recognizes every single thing!
I love the camera but. Am getting notifications constantly whether it’s a tree moving in the wind or a small bug at my door. Also, I now have to delete individual events and not a page of them.
I also had loads of iCloud but still had to buy iCloud from them. Not expensive but my next camera will be a different brand.

You shouldn't trust it
I liked it until a certain time. Once I wanted to connect cloud video recording and I was alarmed by the fact that in the application on my phone I saw video from my surveillance cameras almost from the moment of installing the cameras when the cloud storage was not connected. But how do you explain that it was the day when a serious event occurred in my city that this day was removed from all cameras? Your cameras are sent to the trash! 😡

Get ready for spam ads and made to make a purchase in order for the device to work properly!
Considering returning the camera as did. It didn’t specify that it requires a monthly subscription when purchased. You can’t have the account to your house with multiple users you have to set it up with separate email accounts and then shared. We have a different camera set up around our home that requires no subscription and me and my other half can both use the same account etc. very disappointed with this service. Everytime I open the app now it comes with an ad that I have to bypass to get to my camera. We also purchased a bird feeder with a camera for the same app service but thinking of sending it back as not opened. Would strongly advise not getting any device that uses this service. It’s awful!

Was close to perfect
This app was close to perfection and then they decided to shovel in ads into the software. I had used it daily now I don’t even have the camera installed because of the intrusive ads. Not worth the storage space anymore.

The app now has ads, you need to wait for an ad to load and fight with hitting the X to see your security footage, by then you’re watching what happen and not when it’s live. Also when you do purchase the add ons the cloud never works. Don’t buy this product, hopefully they ban it off Amazon and Apple.
