Pre authorization not efficient.
After multiple events, I can confirm the Preauth, does not have the procedures required, can’t find the Mediclinic, unable to add number of days, extremely frustrating and voids the benefit of such an application.
Overall not a very stable app, authentication related, however the remainder seems adequate. (Compare to other medical schemes).

CAMAF APP
I really enjoy using the CAMAF app, it’s super user friendly and easy to navigate. It also makes submitting claims hassle free! I highly recommend it 👍
User Friendly Functionality
Good app to use with a layout that’s easy on the eye and can see benefit balances quickly. PPN benefits does give an error though so that should be looked into. I’ve tried submitting a claim via app once which was functional.
CAMAF Member App
I absolutely loved the Apps functionalities. It allows me to check the history of my claims, all my benefits balances. I can also check my monthly invoices/deduction as per my selected benefit package. I also love the fact that I can always check what is covered in my selected choice. And oww I genuinely love Apps that have an option to upload a profile picture 😜.

CAMAF mobile app
The CAMAF mobile app is very easy to navigate and you can easily obtain your medical aid details from it. I can easily see my MSA balance and the claims submitted. For the claims submitted, it even shows you the date and details of the doctor.

Great Functionality
The app is easy to use and provide online functions that make membership activities very easy (ie submitting claims, checking on claims being processed etc). The app has some limitations - key being the data limit of documents to be uploaded can be a issue.

The new CAMAF app is very user friendly, and gives access to a lot more features and documents at the users fingertips than the old app.

Easy to use, all my medical aid information in one place, no hassle when forgot wallet at home with medical aid card. Easy to share medical aid information with those that need it.

The app is basically functional in nature - it needs smartening up from an interface perspective.
Also from a usability perspective too. Need a bit more fluidity there in terms of ‘present help’.

Very Comprehensive
This is the best app I’ve ever used.
I never experienced any technical issues which assures me that I’ll have ease of access during emergencies.

Good improvements
Much better than previous versions, however app still seems a bit slow and things like “health record” is a bit unclear. I still use email to do claims so until there is no reward system going I think the app will remain mostly unused.
