Atención al cliente inexistente

Tengo todo el día esperando que me respondan por sus medios de contacto (WhatsApp, email, instagram, Facebook) hice una transferencia y no puse el asunto, se me olvidó. Les he tratado de pedir direcciones para poder corregir, la transferencia fue rechazada y se han quedado con mi dinero. Uno usa esta app por necesidad y a mi no me sobra el dinero para regáleselos a ellos. Que lamentable que tengan tan mal servicio.
