Payment not possible
It’s not possible to proceed to Visa payment as everytime the App collapses. Therefore, the app has zero use as no booking can be done through it. Very bad execution.

Time wasting
From Battambang to Siem Reip. Left at 12:30 arrived at 4pm. Didn’t take me straight there bus stops at different places - then returns to a base where you have to wait for a taxi who then drives a bit and pulls over to wait 30mins for another passanger - then drive at 40kmph all the way to SR. If I knew this is how it was going to be then I would skip going to Battambang first.

We have booked a private taxi service from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Very easy booking process, great customer service and most importantly great value for money. I booked private taxi two days in advance, I have e ticket already and paid already. In the day I have to go to kohrong no one call me no private taxi appear. This app omg ruins my trip. Never ever use this one anymore and

I bough a bus ticket from Sihanouk ville to Phnom Penh departing at 7:30am and chose a seat number. I didn’t received a phone or email confirmation, but I trust the company as I used to get tickets from Camboticket before, so I thought it should be fine. Only I found out there is no such booking at the bus station at 7:30am. I contacted Camboticket immediately but I didn’t get response as quick as it is. I had to board the bus at 7:30am and pay another ticket for that. Later on I was told I was replaced to the 9:00am ticket. But I didn’t need it anymore since I already on the bus. I was told that I couldn’t get refund or anything. All I said is I wasted my money and time for Camboticket and thanks for that. Absolutely I’d never use it again.
