Face ID would get it 5 stars
It’s a great app with pretty much everything needed during a large event. BUT it keeps logging you out, requiring login over and over. Email and password can’t be saved and there’s no facial recognition setting to turn on. Either of those things would take it from 3 to 5 stars.
