Updated my review: good to bad now!!
Older review: Good could be great if advertised feature actually worked completely. I have the latest iOS and CamCard revision. Most cards required editing information even with the enhanced AI “smart” feature enabled. Also, contacts do not automatically go into your designated contacts. Other UX issues but above are my biggest concern. This could really be an awesome business card app.

解約ができない
アプリ自体は使いやすいのですが、不要になって解約しようと思ったら、全く解約設定が表示されず、なかなかできないようになっている。
連絡先の同期
自動保存の設定をしているが、iPhoneの連絡先と同期しなくなった。同期をするボタンはあるが、更新されない。
削除させてくれない
アカウントが削除できない。まずメニューがない。次に問い合わせフォームで申請してもすぐ消してくれない。削除をさらに依頼する返信をしたら、次に理由を聞いてきた。いつになったら削除できるのか

何年か前に導入。有料アプリのくせにめちゃくちゃ広告が出てくる。追加購入を迫ってくる。
Years of contacts deleted
I’ve used this for many years, thought it was a cool app: admittedly haven’t opened it in a few months but stuff has always been there. They added a new paid subscription and deleted all my info without notice. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone after this

App a pagamento!!! Anche se usa AI (limitata a 200 scansioni al mese), scansiona con una infinita dei errori biglietti da visita. Su tutto questo non prevede a selezionare campi che servono quindi vi trovate un file xls con una sfilza dei campi inutili. Ormai ho pagato ma è veramente piena delle imperfezioni

Another attempted theft?
Terrible. Awful. The product that I paid for, I can no longer access. Doom on the developers whom instead of creating a different app that they could charge for at will, replaced the fully functional app that many of us paid for. This is extortion. SaaS is a failure. Write good software and charge a fair price for a license to use it. Beyond that, I do not have a relationship with you and I do not want a relationship with you. One thing is for sure. No one should continue a relationship with you. So long CamCard. You will not be missed.

It now works perfectly!
I used this previously and had terrible results but now it has AI image to text recognition and is working every time on both business cards and email signatures. A huge time saver and I recommend it highly.
Paid for a while, too expensive and too inaccurate.
Wish I had the money I spent on this for a year or so. It’s always frustrating to use in accurate and be honest. I just started using ChatGPT and it will create contact files and is way more accurate. I think CamCard needs to go back to the drawing board.

Leaving a review because this app had the audacity to put a live activity on my lock screen and show me an ad for their premium features. Absolutely not.
Bad card now
I had this CamCard since it came out. It was great over the past few years. It has become terrible and when I downloaded the new app, it was too difficult to use. Also, I do not want to pay a yearly fee. I have to find another business card holder.
SCAM ALERT
Steer well clear. Have used this app for a while, and it’s been getting significantly worse compared to competitors (lots of errors in text scanning requiring manual correction). So I signed up for premium to allow me to export my data and use someone else - I was going to sign up for a month for £10 but was then offered a “free trial” for three days. On taking this free trial, I was immediately charged £50 for a full year subscription. When I complained, the developer said the free trial was only for new users, but nowhere was this shown to me at the time of purchase. They are now refusing to refund, saying only Apple can do that. So I’ve been scammed out of £40.
So I would highly recommend using an alternate service that works better and won’t try and scam you.

名刺データの保存がたくさんあるので仕方なくずっと使ってはいますが、文字認識がいつまでも良くなりません。データ量が増えて課金してAIスキャンになったものの、変な変換ばかり。
