Recovering Vlogs
I had a bunch of vlogs that were sitting waiting to be uploaded and then all of a sudden they were no where to be seen. I thought they had gotten deleted but then I noticed a new “recoverable vlogs found” link. And every-time I click on it, it’s just takes me out of the app and back to my home page. Is that an issue for anyone else? I know my vlogs are in there but j am unable to access them. Can someone please help me recover those vlogs, because they weren’t deleted. Otherwise I love this app, I’ve been using it for years now.

DON’T GET THIS APP
I’ve been a faithful Camcord user for three years. THREE YEARS. I had 337 vlogs. I was a subscriber for two years but didn’t purchase this year due to not vlogging as much as I used to. I was more using this app to store my vlogs and then vlogging once or twice a month. This morning I got a notification from my nightmares that all of my vlogs were deleted due to inactivity. I was inactive for TWO WEEKS. There was NO WARNING and now all 337 vlogs from the past three years of my life are GONE. Luckily, I had already saved most of them but the previous ones from my first couple months of vlogging were not saved and those are now gone. I’ve emailed support and gotten no response. I subscribed again and the vlogs did not return. This is insane and outrageous to do this without warning to someone who has a been a user of this app for years. Be warned and use and different app unless you want your vlogs deleted one a random morning without warning or your permission. I’m heartbroken.

Deleted all my videos
Had it for ages and then today everything, all my vlogs, disappeared. i used this app a lot and now everything is gone. please fix this!!!!
Lost videos
I am livid. I downloaded this app the day before my 20th birthday so I could vlog all of my 20th year of life. I knew I couldn’t post the Vlogs without paying for it, but I didn’t know that they would delete after a couple of days if I didn’t post them. I have the day before my birthday up till now completely lost now and I couldn’t be more upset about it.

Unfortunate
It’s a good app. But putting everything behind a paywall and deleting old vlogs is ridiculous. You cannot make an account on this app without three reminded begging you to buy the paid version. Furthermore every time I post a negative review on this app it disappears. Hard to believe that this app has four stars.

You can’t upload vlogs unless subscribed
It was good until they deleted my vlog previous to the update and it’s mandatory to subscribe to upload any vlogs now

So I had originally downloaded this app to use it as intended and then things changed to where the app wouldn’t let me save my videos I had already made. I have tried contacting them but they never answered. Then I found out my videos that I had made on the app were gone. Completely gone. I contacted them again about it. Never got a reply back and now the app doesn’t even let me login in and unfortunately there’s no way I will ever be able to get them back. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! or if you were to download it once you make your videos- save your videos to your phone yourself and not just the app that way you will still be able to have your videos even if the app does work anymore, but i wouldn’t download it, if I were you.

All my videos down the drain
I’ve been using Camcord since 2023 and this app has became something that I’ve used frequently to capture special moments in my life and to keep up with what my friends have going on. I’ve recommended this to so many people and I’m so heartbroken that all of my footage is gone. I’ve been seeing the complaints and the reviews about people’s videos deleting randomly and it even has happened to a friend, but I just wouldn’t have thought that that happened to me. I installed the app again and every single video gone. Please save your time. Save the heartbreak. The $3.99 doesn’t even help with anything just don’t download the app.

What’s the point?
Not only did yall lower the video times now we have no recently deleted. No back up. I was in the middle of uploading a video and my WiFi went out and now my video is NOWHERE to be found! I loved that video now there’s nothing. For a subscribing vlog, you guys are giving us less than BARE MINIMUM.
All my videos are not loading
I have a few years worth of videos on my profile, mostly 2023. all the titles show up when i scroll through them in the camcord first page, but they’re all with zero thumbnail & when i click on them they’re blank. not even showing on my profile. i pay for the subscription too so i have unlimited uploads. when i try to contact support it just automatically crashes the app. is that on purpose? there is zero way to ask for support, even the app store gives an invalid domain link for the app’s website. can the dev please help me recover my media.

I would of loved to see this app take off.
Used to be great and completely free..now it’s subscription based. When I first used it, it reminded me what it felt like when Instagram was new and curious. You guys really had something going… just needed more people to see it for what it really is. I think this format of social media can be the next thing. A lot of people are going back to camcorders and small digital cams. Going back to feelings of nostalgic home videos And this basically modernizes it without the whole editing process.

I’ve used this app for years, so it’s really hard for me to rate it this low.
I’m just extremely frustrated over the lack of features, especially one that is “recently deleted.”
Recently I was trying to upload a video I had spent awhile making and I was super excited to watch and relive everything I had captured. The video failed to upload and it was permanently erased, I suppose. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with losing a video. I have reached out for support but there was no response on both occasions.
Truly disheartening considering I’ve paid for the annual subscription. I can say with confidence that it’s not actually worth it. The editing features are quite difficult to work with, and there aren’t enough of them. I’ve seen stickers “Coming soon” for years, not that I want them.
I’m convinced the creator and associated team have given up on actually continuing this app. Just sad overall…

Genuinely best app of my life.
I’ve been on camcord since 2023. I’ve used it as a way to vlog fun moments with my friends and it actually became a huge thing in my high school. Everyone knew me as someone with an app called “camcord” who would vlog over the weekends. Camcord has connected me with so many people and I am forever thankful for the app. I’ve been #2 as a top camcorder for years! Thank you camcord.

Pay to vlog
This app was so much fun and all I did was vlog and share with my friends and we used to vlog and share with eachother all the time. Now you have to pay just to vlog which is ridiculous. It used to be such a good app until now having to pay just to vlog it’s ridiculous. Please change it back.

i used to use this app a lot a year ago in my iphone 11. this year i changed phones and now i can’t get pass the phone number request to get in the app. i’ve been trying for so long and still can’t get in. such a shame cause i really like it and it’s suck a dumb bug.
