New App, Old Problems
The app is only good for quick access to your library card and for book searches. If you want to do anything with your account, the app reroutes you the library system website. When you get to the website, you have to login again so it makes sense to just start with the website in the first place.
It stopped working!
The app was great at first! I was able to put books on hold and see what books were available at my local library. At some point the app stopped working and I no longer can put books in hold!!! I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it but the problem continues. Please fix the issue!
App needs an update
App stopped working on my phone then I realized no updates in 3 yrs! Tried deleting and redownloading but still no success. Loved this app but please fix and update.
Worst App in the History of Apps!
This app for the Camden county library systems does absolutely nothing. You cannot use it to search for your items. The minute you hit the “search the catalog” tab the app takes you out of itself and goes online at which point you will have to sign in using your library card information and pin. If you’re lucky your phone will have saved the data. When you’re online, the surfing experience isn’t fluid either; definitely not mobile friendly. About the only thing this app is good for is to store your library card so you don’t have to carry it with you when you visit your local branch. Having to login with my 14 digit library card number followed by my pin every time I use this app is an annoyance. It’s a library card not a bank account! They don’t even have a feature where you can use your fingerprint ID to login. The app administrators seriously need to go back to the drawing board and do a better job.

Very poor
This app should just be removed. Interface is nice but there is zero functionality. Can't enter or scan my card. There is no account login. And when you click on events it redirects to the website in the browser. Really no point to this app. If it is ever revamped then I would like to be able to add events to my phone's calendar with one click. Thanks.
