Haven’t even been able to use the service at all within Camden. Never any rides available.
Unreliable
The app itself is nice but it’s very unreliable. You order a ride and your shown you have to wait 20 minutes that 20 minutes ends up being 40 minutes. They add on riders to rides you’ve already called making you wait longer and the time it’s estimated for you to get wherever you’re going is 9/10 wrong. They also need to fix their navigation system. You can be the first one picked up and the last to be dropped off. It’s very irritating and I regret everytime I use this app and end up having to wait 10-20 on top of the time they told me.

Holly is great! She seems like the only driver in the afternoons, however. I try to put in for Loop starting at 3:30pm. I finally got through at 3:50pm to finally get in loop at 4:50pm. Long journey home for sure. Guess they didn’t have enough drivers or vehicles working. But, I am grateful for Camden Loop. It saves me lots of money coming home from work. Thank you
