Not Honoring Cancellation

I purchased a Blink mini camera and opened the app which had me subscribe to its 1-year subscription, noting cancellation at any time no reason needed. They do NOT respond to email to cancel. There is no telephone number to call them. They are stealing!

Ap does not work

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent $39.99 for a one year subscription. The ap can find my blink mini 2 camera and my wi-fi, but that’s as far as I get. No way to actually see what my camera sees. Very disappointing and out $39.99 😡. Update: I was able to get my money refunded from Apple.😃. I have installed a different ap and have had no problems.

Annual Fees

This might surprise you guys when you do get this, so I wanna make sure that everybody’s tracking. You buy the product you pay the electric bill that makes the product work. You provide the Wi-Fi but to be able to use the app that goes with the product you have pay an annual fee. The company has nothing to do with what you already the safety of your house the breaking, but they feel that they are warranted an annual fee of approximately $40 so that you could use yours purchased item. That is what I call theft.

Doesn’t do what it advertises

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because you have to in order to leave a review. It doesn’t connect to your camera. They are just a scam to get $40. I cancelled before 15 minutes had passed. You’re stuck with the cost. I’ve deleted it—will never again download or open. It’s useless.
