Hope less app support
After buying cameras needed to pay fees for using app to connect on phone or laptop so betterment returns the camera back and buys another device which one provides free apps

I was trying to download app for Blink camera and mistakenly downloaded this app I was charged 39.99 and I will never use it. It was only an hour ago. I think I should be refunded but all it will allow is cancellation of subscription. Very unfortunate and there is no other way to contact. Sent email but no response.

Not Honoring Cancellation
I purchased a Blink mini camera and opened the app which had me subscribe to its 1-year subscription, noting cancellation at any time no reason needed. They do NOT respond to email to cancel. There is no telephone number to call them. They are stealing!

Blink video doorbell app
I purchased the Blink video doorbell and tried installing it, it showed when I purchased that I would not need a subscription, while installing or TRYING to install, it wouldn’t let me get past purchasing a subscription so I did! When I tried using the app, all it does is scan for suspicious cameras etc and guess what???? It didn’t even find the new Blink video doorbell!!!! I am returning the Blink and would like my $42.39 refunded immediately!

App is not free. It has zero access and forces you to purchase a 9.99 weekly access or 39.99 yearly access. They should be up front and show this cost on the App Store since there is absolutely no functionality unless you pay money. Shame on you. Shame!
