App is the worst
Nothing saves I’ll make manual adjustments but if i minimize the app and go right back the settings reset back to default, fix it!!!

Fix Volume Snap, has been broken for a year or longer.
Fix send feedback / Report a bug button… (requires the iOS mail app to be installed to generate an email, reconfigure so it launches a users default email app,
if possible)
Add Camera+ so it can be launched from camera control.
Add support for camera control zoom etc.
You’re still some way behind to catch rivals.

the only camera app that requires an internet connection
now the app forgets all your current cam settings when switching to lightbox and back to camera. it’s like every update introduces more bugs than the last.
also when switching between lightbox and camera it sometimes just shows a black screen and you have to force quit and restart.

Don’t download this app in china
Don’t use it if you’re in china because you will be stuck on the loading screen.

The screen is almost always black, so it’s impossible to use it to take photos.
I like how i paid to have to pay to use a subscription….
I bought this app a while back and now i can’t even use it unless i pay $100 a year for it…. Greedy company just trying to get you to bust open a wallet.

Won’t let me click shutter??
I pay to have the ‘Pro’ for the macro function but it won’t work. Either a black screen or you can set it up but then it won’t let you take photo. I am beyond annoyed. What do I do??
Timer doesn’t work after one photo
Sloppy release again.. launch timer capture, photo take. Then button doesn’t work again… issue after issue sorry but the attention to detail is not good enough

Edited: Developer response said buttons could freeze after consecutive shots is saving in high resolution. That’s junk then. It has never happened until recently and I was a heavy user of this app. I cancelled my upcoming renewal and deleted the app. Going with a different app.

lotsa bugs and regressions
torch stays on when switching to lightbox. if you leave the app while in lightbox and return to app and switch to camera mode the camera doesn't work and you have to force quit the app and restart. every update seems to make this app worse.
Not working for IPhone 17 Pro Max
Camera will not function, it literally will not take a photo. Sometimes the screen goes black too. Such a shame.
I’d love to update, but for some weird reason the app won’t. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled after hard restart. Something very wrong here.

V Good app, but
Since updating to version 24.6, the sitters won't release intermittently. Got to close app the reopen app. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. Really unpredictable.

Pro quality
When I bought my new iPhone pro I figured no other cell camera could take better pictures. I was wrong. The quality of photos with this app surpasses the stock camera.
Doesn’t work without internet
This app will not work if you don’t have an internet connection. Pointless software, avoid because there are better alternatives out there.

Still no fix for known problems. Doesn’t work without internet connection. No button for 5x on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Telephoto button is 2x in Auto but 5x in Manual (even though screen displays 2x).
Ridiculous unusable advert app!!
This is absolutely ridiculous!! I am increasing becoming more frustrated with app developers insisting they sell you a ‘pro’ plan but make it IMPOSSIBLE to use the app on a free mode!! You MUST subscribe to a free trial or delete the app! Why do this?? Inevitably preying on the fact that some won’t cancel in time and they can bank off of it!
It’s an absolute shame that there seem to be NO MORE decent developers who just make apps to make them and to help. The landscape is dominated by apps that push adverts, sales or force you to register so they can harvest your data to sell on.
Absolute shame that this app can’t be used without a subscription. MAKE THIS CLEAR IN YOUR DESCRIPTION AND BE HONEST!!

If you started a trial and do not wish to continue, please remember to cancel it within your iOS Settings under Subscriptions.
Fix Volume Snap, add integration.
User from the very first version. Latest version on 17 Pro Max is regularly throwing a black screen, crashing the app to fix. Also add the latest telephoto x6 as an option.
For many version releases now the VolumeSnap toggle in settings has not worked please fix it!
Please also add the ability to launch the app from the camera control button within iOS (Settings > Camera > Camera Control).
Be also useful to have a dedicated shortcut on the lock screen and not have to run a shortcut
