Doesn’t work

I tried to scan a photograph from my gallery, it says there’s an error because the data is not available. I tried to click a photo of the required image and get the text scanned, still got the same message.

Translation problems

Every single time I try to change the language from Arabic it does not change. I scanned a Chinese letter, I click to change my preferred language from Arabic to English. Every single time I go back to the translation page and translate it only translates to Arabic.
