iPad user has image from camera in the wrong direction. Are you ever going to fix this with an update? Be waiting over a year now.

Picture view problem
I’ve had this app for several years with no issues until a recent update. I now can’t view the screenshots within the app but can play back the video. This is annoying and I hate to get new cameras.

Needs urgent update for iPad and iPhone using ios26
After installing ios26 on iPad and iPhone this app doesn’t display correctly - camera view is always at 90 degrees to you so problem needs urgent fixing!!

Good app gone bad
Had the app for many years, used to be good, but last update caused a problem with playing back recordings on my iPad. Every time I try to replay a recording, the app crashes. Please sort this out.

Медленный доступ к камере. Нет возможности просматривать запись с карты, точнее она сначала была а теперь зависает и не помогает перегрузка. При все доступ через веб интерфейс есть и все работает без тормозов - значит приложение работает не корректно!!!.

Viewing recordings does not allow selection of year and other niggles
Seems to hold recordings ok, but try going back beyond 1 year on a custom search. DOESNT PROVIDE FOR YEAR SELECTION. So any recordings beyond 1 year are not accessible - TERRIBLE! Also, the date/time doesn’t change correctly when clocks go forward - why not??? Another gripe, why can’t I delete individual recordings? Surely would be an easy thing to implement? Developers need to do a bit more thorough testing on this app to polish it up a bit!!

Fix the phone registration
If your phone is in Chinese then this app makes you register using a Chinese phone number. I have an American number and the sign up code never gets through. As such this app is literally unusable

So many apps on here charge for pan and tilt and zoom it’s ridiculous this does it all and is far better regardless in every way
