Have used this app for a long time but it had started to get glitchy and not work. Just deleted it and reinstalled and it goes the the greeting pages and then……nothing. Blank screen. Have re-installed twice and the same issue. Disappointing. Should have left it alone I think.

I paid for this app prior to a campervan holiday in France. When using it, the deficiencies came rapidly to light when it did not list several campsites that I used and found in alternative free sites.

Relaid problem
I’ve had the app for 2 years and it’s been great. Just lately the app kept reloading but after asking the technical support team they helped to solve the issue. Many thanks guys 🙂

When my subscription didn’t renew I sent a message to CamperStop.
I was very impressed by the speed and politeness of the response. My problem was quickly resolved and they even checked that everything was working for me. You don’t often get service like that today.

Not working.
I’m travelling through Europe and the app won’t bring up the map view allowing me to choose a site. I emailed the developer who accepted there was an issue they were trying to resolve.
Bottom line is I had to buy another App (searchforsites) to continue to travel as I was stranded without a guide.

Very helpful
To begin with the map wasn’t working as it should but after an email the response was very quick and the app was working again within two days. I am sure we will find the app very helpful.

Waste of money
Never received an activation code and all emails ignored, another £6 down the drain.
Apps like these are a scam to get your £5.99 in the hope you won’t make a fuss but reported to apple

Had difficulties
Despite having an annual membership the app doesn’t recognise me when I open it asking each time whether I would like to pay….I have paid! The app only becomes usable after I go through the log-in process twice and ignore the requests to pay.
Eventually it works. It’s OK, but I can probably live without it and use other apps like Park4Night which are seamless and simpler to get at.

Brilliant Very Informative
I love this app been using it for a few years now.
(Even through the pandemic) let’s you plan ahead.
Combine it with Google earth and town/city/ village websites and you got the full picture.
The only down fall to the app is it has no accessibility information, and I wish it would allow users to recommend places of interest surrounding the sites. So much to see so many places to go.
Saying that still worth the money.

Can’t download it to my iPad
No instructions on how down load and get all the symbols showing on the maps
Very handy app
The app is very handy but despite having a licence every time I go into the app it asks me to renew the licence! That is the only irritating thing about it otherwise it would be 5*
Invaluable motorhoming app
Have been using this app for the last three years. We have travelled extensively throughout Europe and find it very reassuring to be able to go to the app and find places to stop. It is nice to know what facilities are available in advance. Their customer support is also very good. Quick to respond and fix a minor problem I had with my account

Rubbish!
If you don’t know the name of the region you are going to, you can’t find anything! You can’t just search by a village name. It’s not worth the money, I certainly won’t bother again.

Very good all round. Easy to use on phone or I-pad. One criticism, the major towns need to be much clearly marked.
