Poor app
This app is really bad. It's very sluggish. It's unresponsive switching EQ doesn't do anything. Took forever to get this to pair correctly and it looks like it hasn't been updated in a year so it's kind of just like they don't care about anymore. It's really sad. You figure for $250 tou would get better quality product.

Unfortunately rubbish
This app is so buggy, half the time it doesn’t load and when it does and you click on an EQ preset it loads the preset then won’t allow you to change the preset unless you quit the app and reload it. The UI is awful and they couldn’t even centre the text in each of the preset boxes.
Not sure the headphones are worth £250 as the lack of good fit, and the fact you have to use the EQ settings to get a good sound straight off the bat says it all. But that’s another review for another day. Shame as I was really excited by these but so far not a great experience.

SLOW, SLUGGISH and what are the EQ numbers?
This not an acceptable app for audio control. What’s the deal with numbers for the EQ settings? I need to know more information about what adjustments are doing. This also needs a 10-Band EQ instead of just 7 to correct these horrendous TWS buds.
Beautiful sounding TWS but app crashes
Please fix! IOS 16.2 and it just crashes. Best TWS I have heard but I’m not getting the full experience without the app!
