Needs geographical organization
I had great hopes for this app. When you launch it, you can select whether you want national parks, state parks, etc. Um… it’s kind of important to search the parks that are within driving distance. I don’t need to know about national parks over 1000 miles away. If you want a high tech spreadsheet of all of the campgrounds in the US, sorted by type, this app is for you. If you want to go on vacation somewhere within 500 miles, find another app.

Best campsite finder
I love being able to search for available campsites of every kind—state parks, BLM land, county parks, private, RV, parks, and more—all in one place. This app removes my biggest barrier to getting outdoors by making it incredibly easy to find available camping options. I’m also impressed by the amount of helpful information it provides, including campground, amenities, local weather, cell coverage (!), packing suggestions, and nearby points of interest. It’s become an indispensable tool for planning camp trips.
