Navigation fehlt wie bei adac

Eigentlich ist die App ganz gut. Was in meinen Augen fehlt wäre
1. Fett gedruckte Bereiche wo die Karte gilt auf dem Platz das man nicht den ganzen Text lesen muss.
2. Navigation wäre super aktuell muss ich zwischen adac, Google und ACSI springen um zu sehen ob da ein ACSI Platz ist.
3. es gibt keinen Platz mit wasseranschluss bis 15m!?

Un petit plus pour la recherche

J’aurais aimé trouver des campings ACSI rapidement en spécifiant le nom d’une ville sans être obligé de chercher sur la carte.

Good sites and discounts

Although a little slow to open, it’s a great source for good quality camp sites and discounts off season. The ability to download the databases for countries is an invaluable feature for off line use.

Serait-il possible de mettre en place des filtres permettant de n'afficher que les campings ouverts pendant une période donnée plutôt que de découvrir cette période après l'ouverture de la fiche.

Sehr gut für die Reiseplanung

In Frankreich sind wir ohne genaue Planung mit dem Wohnmobil gereist. Am Tag vor der Weiterfahrt haben wir uns mithilfe der App mögliche Plätze angeschaut. Oft konnte man einen Platz reservieren, was wir aber praktisch nicht genutzt haben. Ausnahmslos alle Plätze waren sehr schön. Das man in Vor- und Nachsaison einen kräftigen Rabatt bekommt, ist auch eine feine Sache, nach 3 Tagen hatten wir den Preis der Karte wieder raus. Ich würde mir mehr Plätze in Osteuropa und dem Balkan wünschen, dort sind die Campingplätze relativ teuer und auch nicht immer gut zu finden.

It’s Perfect

Have used for years and it’s perfect for planning our trips abroad. Look at my map and determine where I need to stop, then look on the App for Acsi sites around that area. Check reviews and pick one I like. Then move on to our next stop. Never book in advance, but when we pull up will book a one or 2 night stay. If good will stay longer. This year paid from €15pn up to €23pn, you only need to stay a few nights to retrieve the cost of joining Acsi. 😎🚐

A real asset on our European trip

We used the app to plan our stops in Holland, Germany and Denmark and it worked really well - some great stops found and we will use it again for our trip next year.

Presque parfait …

Vérifier fréquemment que les infos fournies sont bonnes et à jour. Certains camping ne jouent pas le jeu !
Il faut pouvoir l’indiquer très facilement sur l’application.

Cette application répertorie plus de 9 000 campings et aires de camping-cars à travers l'Europe. Dans votre application actuelle, vous trouverez environ 3 000 campings. Il s'agit exclusivement des campings qui participent au programme CampingCard ACSI et où vous bénéficiez de la réduction en basse saison. Nous espérons que cette explication vous sera utile. Only reason I gave 2 stars not 1 is because it has previously been a good app. Now it refuses to show locations despite having the most up to date maps

Scammer

This company has taken without my consent a years subscription and when I noticed on the day it happened they refused to reimburse me. There is no subscription set up on my phone they just keep taking money til you cancel the subscription a year in advance. The UK government is now passing a law to make this practice illegal so be very wary of giving any payment details to this company.

Rubbish!

Simply does not work as it should. I’m getting responses from ACSI to reservation request messages I sent two weeks ago! They don’t even respond at the best of times but this is a joke!

Frustratingly inefficient

If you search and create favourites. It appears to be impossible to create a fresh search with different criteria. As it only shows the saved sites from the previous search. You then have to undo all the filters log out then in and start again. Please rectify this. Beyond frustrating!!

But you’ve updated it and it no longer works. Why oh why do people keep trying to mend things that ain’t bust. I trust you will refund my money? Every site I visit it says no amenities available.

Currently touring France & using the app all the time for sites. Was working fine until an update now can’t login & need to find sites.

Updated no access

The app has updated. I now can’t login or change password. Can’t access my digital ACSI card. Keep getting “ server error” on holiday unable to use ACSI, not happy.

Terrible!

I have paid a subscription for the motorhome camping card and yet it says I have no subscription. I have sent all details as requested to the email and I’ve received no response. The app now says the combination of my username and password is wrong. To reset it takes me to the website which I log in without difficulty. The website also says I have no active subscription. What a joke £25 die. The toilet as I’m getting no response.

Update issues

All Apple devices after the June 26 update wouldn’t work. After 1 hour of using my technical knowledge I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked. Very frustrating and a lot of roaming data used to get working. Otherwise an ok App and ACSI is brilliant.

Acsi Card

For absolutely no reason my Acsi Card stopped working without notice. Furthermore, it won’t recognise my details , yet the site allows me in. I need it now! ☹️
