Nonfunctional app
It is quicker to just open a browser and log in there than wait for this poorly-made piece of software to finally respond. App quality reflects poorly on the quality of the overall business and is the primary reason I plan to bank somewhere else from hereon out

Mobile deposit
The mobile app is terrible when it comes to taking photos of the front and back of the check. I try multiple times on each side before I get one that is accepted. I’ve tried manual and automatic settings, and I still have problems. This only started happening for the last 6-8 weeks. Has there been an update that is causing this? Is anyone else having this issue?

App is incredibly slow and refuses to load often
App is so poorly run since the redesign it makes me want to switch banks altogether
Authentication Error
App is unusable due too “authentication error” all my information is correct the app is terribly coded.
Convenient
The app provides a convenient and an efficient means to keep up with updated information on my accounts. This is particularly nice considering all the fraud and scam items we deal with today. I also like the fact that rarely I have to enter a password because of the app security.
Friendly rand Helpful
I have been through a lot over the last several months. That is due to my wife passing away, having to sell my home, moving to a different home and having to change my address, and other things that I had to change as well. Campus Federal were helpful in change things on my account. So, I am now in living in my new norm. And Campus Federal was a part of my new norm.

Cannot authenticate login on iOS
The app recently has not allowed me to login. The cloudflare checks out but when I use my username and password, it spins for a minute then I get a frowny face thats says it cannot authenticate and to try again. I did several times with same result. I have dumped the app and reinstalled, same thing. I can log in just fine on a PC but can. O longer use my iPhone. May switch banks if issue is not resolved.

The app and the interface could do with some TLC. But that being said it does the job hence I have it 5 starts

Fix Mobile Deposit
The mobile check deposit feature is one of the worst I’ve seen. Usually takes at least 4 scans before it will accept the check. Other banks I’ve used do not seem to have this problem. I like the online bill pay and have not had issues with other aspects of the app.

app falls behind competition
i love Campus Federal and their customer service, however their app is frustrating and at times barely functional, especially since they revamped it a couple years back. a lack of speed and responsiveness, random glitches, log-outs, and a lack of user amenities offered by most other finance apps makes the Campus Federal mobile banking app very frustrating to use.
