HANDLE BOOKINGS Review incoming booking requests, confirm or decline them, and follow each booking through to completion — without losing track of who is arriving when. TENANCIES AND AGREEMENTS Generate tenancy agreements, sign them digitally, and reconcile deposits and deductions at the end of a stay. TRACK YOUR REVENUE See completed payments, revenue by property and the platform fees applied, so you always know what you have earned. TALK TO YOUR TENANTS Real-time messaging with prospective and current tenants, so questions get answered quickly and everything stays on record. VERIFIED AND SECURE Complete identity verification to build trust with students. Optional two-factor authentication with any authenticator app protects your account, and rent-control officers get the oversight tools their role requires. A CampusNest landlord, agent or rent-control account is required to use this app. CampusNest currently serves the Ghanaian student housing market.
