About
CampusOne Staff is the mobile companion to the CampusOne school management system, built for the teachers and staff who run a campus day to day.
MARK ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS
Take day, hour and custom-session attendance for your classes. Submitting day attendance carries the same statuses straight into the first hour, and every later period is pre-filled from the session before it, so a full day of marking takes a fraction of the taps it used to.
YOUR OWN HR, IN YOUR POCKET
Check your attendance history with real punch times, request a correction when a punch is missed, apply for leave and follow its approval, and view your payslip once payroll is approved. Your employment and bank details are available on your own device, masked until you choose to reveal them.
ACADEMICS
Record daily viva, unit test and term exam marks, follow student growth meters, and review unit test reports by class and subject.
CAMPUS OPERATIONS
Depending on the modules your school assigns you, raise and triage IT helpdesk tickets, submit purchase and facility requirements, log maintenance tickets with photos, manage assets by barcode or RFID, request media and design work, and run gate security checks.
BUILT FOR SCHOOLS
Every screen is scoped to the campus you belong to and the modules your administrator has assigned. Attendance, leave and payroll all write to the same records your school's office already uses, so nothing needs re-entering.
CampusOne Staff requires an account provided by your school. There is no public sign-up.

What's New in CampusOne Staff
1.2.0
October 20, 2026
New in 1.2.0: Late is back in class attendance. Class teachers can send a student to the medical room from the app; the medical room lets them in, and the teacher is told when the student arrives and when they leave. Kitchen counter staff get a live meal counter: tap student cards to serve, with sounds and the right counter for each class. Gate pass and security forms stay on screen on tablets. Plus fixes.
