Great tool that needs improvement

Love it and it is very helpful but for me it is out dated and needs lots of up and up updates

Always works

Better than camera maker apps that never work..want dependability, go with CamRanger

Awesome app for full control of your camera.

Works really well with the supplied cables, don’t use an inferior cable or you will not be able to connect to the CamRanger2 module. Good quality cables work fine if you need more cable length. Has lots of useful features and is very reliable, which is needed for professional work. Tried other products, but they just don’t quite measure up, this is a tough act to follow. I would like to be able to build macros to simplify things, hopefully that sort of thing will be in future updates.

A step backwards

The older version of this device was smaller, and had a longer battery life. The current version is large, awkward, and has two antennas, which are plastic and easy to break. The new one has more features, none of which I find useful, but you might. The biggest bummer is the battery life - I go through three batteries in a day. Don’t upgrade, but buy version two if you really need it. The company has excellent customer service.
