Update bad
Ever since update cant save videos or anything app keeps closing out
Needs a new software update
Very easy to use app but after the October update you can’t save videos from the app to the camera roll anymore, would rate 5* if there was another update to fix the UI
Update killed app
Recent update killed the app for iOS 15. App crashes, can’t choose dates for older recordings, dark mode makes text disappear, can’t scroll to different times of video. Junk

アプリ上のローカルファイルに保存ができ、閲覧はできますが、iPhoneの本体に保存ができない。やり方を教えて下さい。
Recent update is junk!
The app was doing good, not great ! Then with the new update, it closes the app automatically , can’t save or delete files anymore. The landscape mode shuts down the app. Terrible update!Mu cam is useless without this app! Any other options out there ?
Improve App
Pls add capability to zoom in on saved files and be able to watch full screen for recorded files.

Working cam
Not sure what cam you are using but I bought one called called FUNVISION on amazon and it works perfectly. It has a lot of opting and has been working flawlessly for months. Ip works great from anywhere. I have bought a lot of these cams and this one seems the best I have received for the money. 1-30-2020

Poor product. Surprised Apple approved it
Does not work for iOS. Able to see device but it will not add to app. App works for android. But loses connectivity and you then have to go through the entire process to add again.

I’ve tried everything it will not hook up to the WiFi in 6 different spots!

アプリはなかなか起動しない、したらすぐに接続途切れる、Wi-Fiもなかなか感知しない上に音声も聞こえない。中国を象徴するような製品だね
Works well, but needs improvement
I’m not sure if this is a general app that different cameras can use, but it seams like it. For me the app works just fine, but needs a lot of work.
For example:
1. I can’t get the 24 hour time to switch to 12 hour.
2. The app did sync with my phone the first time used and after I unplugged it and went to sync again I’ve never been able to resync it. Now I have to just do it manually on the clock.
3. Notifications button must have been removed because it’s not there so I’m unable to get alerts.
4. I’m unable to view recorded files full screen or scrub through them without first downloading them. It would be nice to scub through them before downloading them to my phone.
5. Lots of options are a little confusing at first.
6. Some options need to be reworked to be easier to use.
The app only shows the load symbol and does not connect as some people have mentioned because it’s not connected. You have to connect to the cam via WiFi and then the options load up. Then you have to get off it to go back to your regular WiFi. So you have to keep swapping WiFi’s, a bit of a pain.
Not the best most intuitive app and not everything works like it should, but the overall what’s needed works to get the job done.

Garbage
The app is garbage and so is the device they sell nothing but problems can’t even get it to connect to wifi. Don’t waste your time with this product/app!!

Cant hear properly
I dont if its the app or the camera i cant really hear the voice always cutting off for some reason i think they need to update it or i dont know but its really bad at the moment !!!!
録画もズームで観たい！
他の人も書き込んでいますが録画した動画もズームで見れたりコマ送りなど早送り再生などできたら最高なんですが…
