Impossible to play if you only read western alpha numeric
As per the other reviews, no good if you are only able to read the Roman alphabet. Dialogue is English but that’s no good when trying to solve puzzles that rely on understanding posters, signs etc.

Thanks for adding English support! I finished stage 6 but I’m not sure how to access stage 7. The beginning was a bit slow, but the onsen stage was interesting. It would be better if there were some hints.
Some hints how to pass through 4F; need help in 7th stage
Here are some parts that I found it difficult but I managed to pass it:
hospital 4F: the direction on the floor plan + the back of the nurse ID card (QR code side, there are number on the QR code)
hospital basement: only focus on two buttons (內科/整形科) + the numbers on 2nd floor
At late stage of onsen: the number of paper with a fire symbol, but cannot be brunt: the part that isn’t black is the first time of the 4 numbers

I am enjoying this game, with the help of google translation. But I’m stuck on 4F trying to get a code for the stairwell. I would like a hint menu and/or a walkthrough.

I normally thoroughly enjoy art digic games.
However, I feel the need to question the integrity of the developer after experiencing this release. It is supposedly in English, but written word is mostly in Japanese, there are no hint options, and I cannot find a walkthrough anywhere online.
1. Why would you do this in the first place?
2. If it was a mistake, why haven’t you fixed it in over 4 years?
3. Why have you not taken seriously the feedback given over the past four years and either fixed it or removed it?
I really like art digic games, especially the newer ones, but this lack of awareness and attention is perplexing and disappointing. Please do better.

In Japanese so I can’t play unfortunately
I love the other games by this developer but only the dialogue has been translated into English. I can’t get past the hospital reception desk as the signs are all in Japanese.
No English translation...
I love these games, but cannot read Japanese! This game requires you to use signs to decide where to go, so I’m lost. Sad I cannot play it.

Despite developer notes referring to English translation, I was unable to select a language. Hint/answer that appeared after watching video ad took me to a 100% Japanese walkthrough. It was of no help. Onmisoft, is there no way you can QC which games you make available to American audiences?

My least favorite release so far...The graphics are nice but everything is in Japanese. So I can’t understand what I’m supposed to be looking for :/
Needs more English translation
Got to the hospital and can’t read anything on the machine with the room number puzzle. (I’m assuming it’s the room number puzzle but can’t read what it says.)
