Light needed
When scanning at night the light feature has been deleted and replaced with a. Reverse “selfie” camera? Why would I need a selfie camera feature :)
I need a light at night so I can scan a parcel to deliver without holding a separate late to see.
It used to have one, it would be nice to have it back
Also, I am trying to find support for people using the Rogers or virgin network. When they scan and deliver a parcel, it is not coming out of the the received list and put into the action list.

Garbage
Put Manuel entry back into the scanner, wouldn’t hurt to add a little counter so I can see if it actually scanned without having to back out and check. And fix the camera button so I don’t have to press it 8 times to take a picture.
Super annoying release
Hey so now we don’t have any options how to optimize. Why? Also can’t exit scanning mode. Why? Please don’t release tools with reduced functionality!

The latest update only made the app worse. It’s bad enough they can’t get the addresses correct but now they are even more out of order. I use this app daily for work and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
EYOYO Barcode Scanner
Please update so I can use my handheld EYOYO barcode scanner for my morning sort. This app is the slowest garbage Iv ever used and is unprofessional. Barcode scanner constantly goes inverted and always closing in and out of it. Please do one good thing does this app.
There’s also no feature for delivering directly to a household member or safe location or receptionist. When I get approached by a customer I have to kindly ask them to place their hand on the box so it states on the picture it’s been handed off.
Pretty sick of it and is unfair for us who deliver and want some professionalism.
Shiptrack is killing it with their stuff.

Very poor.
Why don’t I see a proper address.
Even when I highlight the delivery it is still to SMALL to show a complete address

Optimization stopped working
It just buffers indefinitely. Forcing me to close the app just to be able to use it. Once logged back in, the packages are still in the same order. Not optimized. Also, We work at night. A dark mode and a flashlight button on the main screen would be very helpful
Stats
Would be nice if the Assigned and Actioned stats would show accurate numbers every day instead of previous days numbers just sitting there for days and weeks even. App is so buggy!
Driver Stats
It would be really great to have a driver stats such as parcels delivered and kilometres total. Also it would be great to see the km of the route once it’s optimized.
