The reason the app wasn't launching properly was because the developer mode on my iPhone was turned on.

Disappointed with latest update
Following the latest update, the app now has a bug that prevents it from locking even after u close or quit the app and despite activating the new auto-logout option in the settings. Sometimes it works but less than it not working. That means if ur phone is stolen, anyone who can unlock ur phone can easily access the Canadia app, see all ur bank account details and money, etc without having to enter the 6 digit passcode to enter the app. I tried to report the problem to the bank, but they do not think there is a problem with the app.
