If you subscribe to Canadian Yachting Magazine, and all Canadian Power & Sail Squadron members are as a subscription comes with membership, you cannot use this application to get your subscription on your iPad. You need to buy another subscription (not), if you would prefer it electronically. Don't waste your time with this.
