Now requires full access to your calendar
I’ve been happily subscribing to the app for years; it worked reasonably well (pre-2023 it was a 4; the 2023 update reduced it to a 3). It’s now requiring FULL access to my calendar in order for me to do the annual update. Nope - not giving that information to the developer! (I have always. set it to “add events” only). But that means it’s now almost useless - several of the calendars I need are missing and others can’t be customized.

Non Canadian Holidays
This app is Canadian Holidays. Why do you need to update holidays for India, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
.99 for each group
Wants .99 for each set of holidays (federal, provincial) for each year. No thanks.

Seems odd that I cannot delete certain holidays. 😟 pls fix this so I can permanently delete holidays … tks

Just installed this app. Exactly what I was looking for, complete choice as to what Holidays I want to see in my iPhone calendar! I was so tired of Apple’s holiday calendar that was filling my days with useless info with no choice! This is absolutely great so far! Easy to install and lots of choice!

Created one year of dates but pay for next year
Didn't realize I'd have to pay for each year I load... what a waste. Don't waste the money here. Off to find a better one.

Simple app, works great to automatically add all Canadian holidays into your iPhone calendar. Love that I don't have to spend minutes looking up the dates and manually adding myself. Thank you!
Can't delete holidays
Followed ALL instructions and no matter what I do, I cannot delete any or all holidays from my calendar. Tried several times, rebooted my ipad and nothing. Very disappointed and would not recommend based on this issue.
Where's Cambodia?
Very good app. I've read that Cambodia has more holidays than any other country in the world. True or not, can you please add Cambodia to the list? Thank you!
Data Can't Be Removed from Secondary Devices
I have owned this application for several years and have noticed an accumulation of old events on secondary devices that sync to my iPad on which the app resides. The data can't be removed from those other devices (iPod, MacBook and wife's iPhone) despite my use of the capability to remove events on the iPad. Although I was able to remove past.events on the iPad, those deletions were not synced to my other devices I have also noted multiple instances (3) of old events - I don't know how that proliferation occurred, but I have added new events at the beginning of 2014. I do not understand why the program requires special methods to remove old events from a calendar; that is a deviation from Apple's standard calendar event handling.

I love the range of holidays you can add and how easily that is accomplished. My only frustration was duplicate entries so I contacted the dev. I had a return e-mail in minutes with some suggested solutions. Turns out it was User Error for sure (note: it really helps to read the guide :D) but they were great about it and my 'problem' is solved!
