Have to pay for each part separately?

I am very disappointed. I paid the 5.79 to unlock what I thought would be the full app. My daughter played one part with the paying with coins and bills. Goes to a different selection and it's asking us to pay again for that part? Like seriously you expect me to pay more and more for each part of it? When I buy an app I expect to get full use out of it.

Too many in app purchases

I downloaded this app.....would only let me look at 2coins! Asked me to purchase so I did thinking I would see all the coins but it just gave me 2 more!!!! Very frustrating when you are trying to you use the app with a student with special needs! The 2 extra coins cost me 2.99 from my pocket.....did not mind the amount just did NOT get the upgrade I was hopping for!!
