Not user friendly. When you choose the session to look for, it’s always going back to first day. Never remember where your information need. And booking.. why you need to click for session to book a place? More annoying clicking.
Also, when conference have more one room, checking those information is impossible.

Amazing event app
This app transforms events, absolutely amazing. It can did everything, even make you a cocktail if you ask nicely!
Some of the features I used:
QR check-in, no need for other ID
Track my hotel and flight bookings
Book meetings face-to face or by video
Chat with attendees!
And, best of all, it works in every language, even Tamil!

Made my event awesome, my attendees loved it
All I can say is, me and my team love Canapii! I don’t usually write reviews, but had to make an exception with this!! We used Canapii to run three of our events, with people joining remotely and onsite. Attendees found it really easy to access and I loved that the people joining remotely (on their PC’s) were accessing the same tool as the people onsite (on the mobile app). It made sharing content and creating a community WAY easier for us all.
My Canapii highlights are:
- so easy to brand with my company colours, branding etc.
- can show different features and content to different attendees (it was amazing that people onsite could see info on the venue and travel, whereas virtual attendees didn’t need to see that)
- changes we made were instantly reflected
- people attending all three events only had to go to one place… so simple.
- timezone and translation functions

Fantastic app for networking and onsite events!
I used the app for an event I attended in Barcelona. It’s intuitive, it has a sleek design and it have everything you need when attending an event onsite. From networking, agendas, hotel information, QR codes… Everything is accessible through your profile and on the app.
Seamless app!
I used the Canapii app for my hybrid conference in May and it was fantastic. The attendees found the app easy to use and navigated the platform well, being able to take part in live polls and Q&A’s was great and having an advanced networking feature was a massive plus! Would definitely use again!
