Amount in RED on successful payment screen
When we make payment from this app. It will show payment successful message with “Amount in RED”. That’s actually very confusing compare to other payment apps. Because it show amount in RED most of the people won’t agree that payment is successful. They asks us to recheck. Please change that “amount ” colour to Green or other. So, that it’s easy to understand and makes sense.

Need urgent attention
Frequently getting locked and can’t use for 24 hours. PIN not accepting and need to be changed very frequently.
More importantly, unable to redeem the balance available.

Many times payment received by recipient but CBDC shows processing and hence Double payment done by me and I could not get refund of the same
App not working
I’m unable to login after the latest update. It’s throwing an error ‘passcode expired’. Kindly resolve this issue at your end

Unable to open app after update
I am unable to open digital rupee app after latest update. After update system not accepting my existing password and when I went for forgot password, I am getting error messages as ‘The network connection was lost’
Opening problem in iPhone
While opening app in iPhone it’s got cancelled automatically, it’s not scanning any upi scanner

Please update app to suit IOS 18.1 and above
I love to use this app and pay with e-rupee. But the app hardly functions properly. Though it is claimed that e-rupee can be used even without internet it is not true.
Please make sure that the app is regularly updated to suit the latest version of IOS. My iPhone has IOS 18.1.

Please upgrade app compatibility for ios version 18. Since updating the version to ios 18 .app is not opening and error coming while opening the app.
Not able to scan QR codes and Help & Support opetion is not working
While trying to send digital rupee to other wallets not able to scan QR codes. Then trying to connect with the customer support the option is also not working. Then why is this App for?????
Unable to login
Wallet not logging in it deducts sms charges every time in the name of sim verification, after verification of sim it pop up msg unable to complete process kindly try after some time this is the ap for that I need daily rupees 6.00 but unable to login as one sms charges is 1.20 rupees and after 5 tries it reply daily limit exceed kindly try after 24 hour therefore I spent daily rupees 6 only for logging into the app for last 45 days this is the app for that no help and support available as if I call to customer care they told kindly visit your nearby branch they provide you solution but branch staff is also not able to start the services of this app to me totally disappointed me. Earlier I have activated app and around 20k is also available in my wallet I don’t know how to use my money no help link from technical team I think my money eaten by bank

It is working fine till now. But the wallet is not opening without internet. Digital currency must work without internet. Otherwise we just use UPI, why should anyone go for digital currency?
Not picking correct denominations
While using the app we found that this app does not load correct denomination, as when i try to load currency of different denominations like 4 note of 5 then it automatically loan one note of 20 like this it happens in all transactions.

Registration not getting completed
Tried almost 10 time in 3 days every time it says registration could not be completed try after some times. Also in enter card details there are 6 spaces for a 16 digit card no. Which part of the number do you want should also be mentioned. Just a hopeless app.

I liked the way it operates. It certainly helps next level upgradation to use digital money

App needs polishing like how Canara Bank App is. And there should be splash screen which explains benefits of E ₹ to customer’s first time app is opened.
