It’s been almost one month
Cannot access the app.
This is not the first time. After updates, not able to load the app. This is now a regular occurrence- please fix it .

Unable to access on iPhone
Title says the same thing
Very poor app.
Nothing works properly. You haven’t keep try several times to get what you want. Unfit to be on the App Store.

Bad tabs
Some touch tabs don’t work most of the time eg submitting OTP for final confirmation and I have to login 8-9 times to get my funds switched.
Update not working
Cannot open the app :- notification to update app- doesn’t allow me to do this
It crashes and states jailbroken
Still not updated despite informing bank

Blank screen
Doesn’t seem to work at all once you login using your 6 digit passcode.
Basics are missing
Honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. Looks like responsible team hardly doing the basics right.
Crashing
The latest update is crashing. As soon as you enter OTP it closes down.
When we try and update KYC via PAN details, it doesn’t verify and when we try and update via other modes, it doesn’t allow.
Can’t update and edit personal and occupational address.
Emailed customer care and still not updated.
