When you try to grab the initial pile and it does not let you pick it up it is because you have to pick it up with two cards that are not wildcards, that is why it is not letting you pick it up. Weird wanted to write a review stating the same as the above, looks like I have gone into this persons review, so I'll just state that it's the same for me, came off FB, now find lots of games, including this will not let you play without it. How awful to try to force people onto this dreadful social media. I'll find other games or pick up a book
