Great game
I love this app. It is fun and challenging to play!
Fun to play…
…But extremely frustrating!! I find there’s no way to win against the app’s AI. It always seems to deal itself really good combinations of cards that lead to quick canastas, and meanwhile I get miserable cards that I can’t do anything with. (I play in solo mode.) I suggest developers work to make the game a bit more fair. I’ll keep playing for a while, but if things continue as is, I’ll eventually give up and look for another Canasta app…

Rigged for opponent
No odds here! Opponent opens every hand with 3 aces and at least one joker…not once in a while, but every single time. I just shake my head.
Cannot Win
You can’t change partners and they set you up against better players who get better cards, so you can’t ever win
It scores wrong
I enjoy playing canasta and have for years I like the way this program is written one major flaw with it is it counts the other players melts wrong three kings doesn’t score 70 points this is why I gave it a one star rating

I love playing this game I have played Canasta for years but it counts the opponents cards wrong it counts cards valued as ten as twenty I would like to play an honest game because of this problem I give you one star

I have to say this game is exceptionally well designed and executed. I really enjoy every aspect of it. It’s very well thought out and user friendly. EXCEPT… the AI or whatever you play against, knows its hand and your hand and what’s coming up in the deck. It also manipulates the deck in its favor. If it’s your turn to draw and you hesitate whatsoever it will pickup the discard pile every time. It’s so obvious it’s almost humorous, except it gets really annoying knowing you’re playing against a cheat. I haven’t deleted it yet just because it’s so well designed and could be so much fun. I’ve played around 100 solo games and my win percentage is 16%. Now tell me that is not a manipulation at play. If not for that it would definitely be a 5 star game! Definitely a rigged game. UPDATE: after a considerable amount of play, I’m sorry to say this game is definitely rigged. Play it a while and you’ll absolutely see the undeniable facts and you will have no doubt. Not only that it absolutely 100% without a doubt cheats on its score frequently. At first I didn’t pay much attention to the scoring because I assumed that it wouldn’t be possible. But I’ve started watching as we play and it absolutely does cheat on its score. It’s still fun to play and I do play, but it is frustrating knowing the game is rigged and you will lose about 80% of the time.

Love this game BUT , ,
This game is fun and a joy to play. Although the settings allow one to change colors and player names, it doesn’t allow you to switch partners. Other than that it would be rated higher.

Needs work
Graphics are good, however you need to make the computer smarter as the cards I saw left in the computers hand when opposing team went out, could have been laid down allowing our team to go out! This happening many times!
