Great game but recently some problems

I’ve been playing this for years but recently played a four player round where we closed two wild canastas in two rounds one a natural with 7 twos, but each time we where only given 500 points and the score boards kept saying wild canasta missed obviously there is an issue with the app that needs to be fixed.
