Potential scam!

I signed up and paid for the service, but the website is glitchy - totally doesn’t work, actually. And the app doesn’t give you a way to log into your account and doesn’t recognize that you already have an account. So I have no way of using the service that I’ve been charged for. Very frustrating!!

Not user friendly

Cannot get rid of this app. Searched for option to cancel. No where to be found. Not user friendly at all

Poor

Very limited functionality without paying. Appreciate developets need paid however for such basic functionality ad supported would be better than an overpriced subscription.
