How can I log in to the program? It gives an error. Please help.
Malformed JSON Input
Each time I attempt to login with my details, the error message I get is “ Malformed JSON Input”. Kindly advice on how to deal.

Downloaded the app, put my driving licence and test number in and receive an error message. It’s the correct info I’m using as I’m able to log into DVSA website using this info?

Doesn’t do the job properly...
The app claims to check every 1/2 hours however it clearly doesn’t as I have found cancellations when looking on the dvsa site myself. This app hasn’t found me a single cancellation however by checking DVSA manually I have found 4.. I think it’s better to check for cancellations manually unless this app is improved

Great customer service
I had a bit of difficult logging in initially (entire due to my own stupidly) and got an almost instant reply when I contacted customer service for help. They were nothing but lovely to deal with, and made the experience of using a great app even better. Would definitely recommend!

Such a good app. I had my test cancelled and the next available date was a month on. I paid for a membership and I got a new test within a week of subscribing. Recommend 100%

Great App, love the automatic booking system, checks for slots every 20seconds, easy to use, notifications by email, any issues ironed out immediately, highly recommend.
Excellent service quick results
Excellent support with instant email responses to queries. First cancellation test was found successfully in 6 hours and the second time we used the service success was found in just over a day! Really helpful and effective. Totally worth it!

I have been using this app along with another similar app to find an earlier test date.
With the Ultra package this app will test several test centres of your choice every minute to find the best possible date for an earlier driving test.
This app also has a nice feature (with Ultra) that will automatically book a date for you if one of your two specified dates become available. It has a good user interface and will send a pop up notification and email when an earlier test date is available.
Managed to get an earlier date with the other app I was using but this app was sending notifications of alternative dates also.

Great app from start to finish, reasonably priced for very useful features such as the 1 tap booking which gives that edge over similar apps. Will definitely be recommending to friends, managed to get a slot less than a week away after using the app for less than a week. Very friendly, prompt and helpful support if required!

Outstanding app
Really great app. If you have a problem using the app or any queries there is a section where you can send a message and they reply extremely quickly with very clear instructions on how the problem can be resolved. Really pleased with the app.
