Jen is knowledgeable and creates a workout that is personalized, effective and fun for each client and along with Damien creates a nutrition program that works for the each individual and their needs. The recipes are healthy, yummy and easy to create. I highly recommend this program. Cancer Champions is a great place to find cancer-fighting recipes and menus. The workouts are geared toward people in cancer treatment and after recovery. I also appreciate the community of other people trying to live their best lives during cancer.
Great Addition
The CC app is a great extension to the website. The ease of use and filtering options make it easy and practical for access to videos and recipes from anywhere. It is especially helpful when shopping for recipe ingredients. The filtering options add to the overall functionally of the app.
